The 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Piston Upgrade Kit is designed to be a drop-in replacement piston for the factory high pressure fuel pump for the 2.9T and 3.0T TFSI EA839 engines found in the B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5/SQ5/RS5, C8 Audi A6/A7/S6/S7, and 4M.5 Audi Q7/Q8.
By upgrading the factory high pressure fuel pump with the 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Piston Upgrade Kit, the factory fueling limits are raised by up to 37% in 2.9T or 3.0T EA839 engines. This increased flow allows the fuel system to meet the higher demands for ethanol, race gas, more pump gas, and pairs perfectly with all Dynamic+ ECU software that requires an upgraded High Pressure Fuel Pump!

High Quality and Relatively Simple Installation for more flow and power
I recently installed the HPFP Piston on the HP fuel pump on my 2018 Audi SQ5. The installation was relatively simple due to the well documented instructions, it took around 1 hour from start to finish with me ensuring to take my time. Overall the results show a much higher flow from the pump with a much higher sustained pressure as per the datalogger. I do have a stage 1+ now from IE and it has provided me with ample power and a much higher acceleration versus stock. I am pleased with the results and happy that I can now out accelerate my Tesla model 3 AWD.
