PROFILE
The ARM MK8 Bi-Cooler Piping Upgrade allows you to run the ARM MK8 FMIC in combination with the OEM intercooler, or any upgraded OEM-location intercooler that retains factory charge-pipe routing. This dual-intercooler configuration creates a true bi-cooler setup, significantly increasing overall charge-air cooling capacity while maintaining OEM-style fitment.
Designed as the ultimate charge-air cooling solution for the MK8 platform, the ARM MK8 Bi-Cooler Upgrade utilizes a unique dual-cooling strategy that improves heat dissipation under sustained load. By pairing the ARM MK8 FMIC with the factory intercooler, intake air temperatures are reduced, cooling efficiency is increased, and thermal stability is maintained during aggressive driving, repeated pulls, or track use.
The ARM MK8 Bi-Cooler Piping Upgrade is constructed from 6-layer steel-wire-reinforced silicone, capable of handling over 50 psi of boost pressure. To ensure a secure, leak-free connection, the system is supplied with constant-tension T-bolt clamps that maintain consistent clamping force through heat cycles and high-boost conditions.
Throughout the entire system, the ARM MK8 Bi-Cooler Piping maintains a consistent 2.5" diameter. This sizing is engineered to maximize airflow volume while preserving charge-air velocity for strong throttle response and efficient turbo operation.
