Officially licensed by Volkswagen Group (VAG), BMW Group, Toyota Group, and Ford Group (US models only), it delivers accurate diagnostics and full system access for supported models, including Audi, Škoda, SEAT/CUPRA, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Lexus, Ford, and more.
Powered by second-generation 5x CAN-FD interfaces, OBDeleven 3 goes deeper into modern vehicle systems – enabling faster scans, broader compatibility, and more control over your car.
It features a smart power-saving mode so you can leave it plugged into your car’s OBD2 port 24/7 without draining your battery.
Getting started
Step 1: Plug the OBDeleven 3 device into your car's OBD2 port.
Step 2: Download the OBDeleven mobile app from Google Play, App Store, or AppGallery.
Step 3: Connect your device with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Enjoy!

Important notes on feature availability:
- Some features described below may require a PRO or ULTIMATE plan. Availability also depends on your car brand, model year, and region. Learn more in the Plans and Supported countries sections.
- 2024+ Volkswagen Group vehicles with the latest security system (SFD2) are currently not supported.
- Ford Group features are available only for vehicles manufactured in the US.

OBDeleven 3 comes with the FREE plan by default. To unlock advanced features like customizations through One-Click Apps and manual VAG coding, you’ll need a PRO or ULTIMATE plan – available as add-ons or included in our bundles.
You can buy them separately or save with the PRO Pack or ULTIMATE Pack, which include both a plan and Credits.
Supported countries
OBDeleven is being developed together with car manufacturers and their technical support to achieve the best performance. Due to different diagnostic licensing policies across brands and regions, available features may vary depending on your location.
While some manufacturers offer global coverage through a single entity (like the Volkswagen Group), others require to sign with individual country representatives, which takes time to achieve.
Our goal is to have complete, worldwide support for all car brands, and we're actively working on this.

Kind of annoying to get an email asking me to review something I haven’t received yet. Was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but was apparently sent by horse and carriage instead. Would love to update this review once it actually arrives.

For many years, my experience with the OBD 11 has been excellent, and now, with the pro version, it has not changed even though I has changed my vehicle to atlas, there’s still plenty of customizations available
