The timing chain in any vehicle can begin to stretch and rattle over time. This is a common issue, and though Audi says it is a lifetime part, most enthusiasts decide to change them.
This is a direct fit replacement for any broken or stretched chain. A great replacement to a damaged chain or one that may have been misplaced out of a timing belt kit.
