This intercooler assembly boasts increased intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties.
Constructed of the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum and CNC machined end tanks for reliable high performance air to air charge cooling.
Important note: We recommend to use the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for power application above 600HP.
The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367 [274] mm x 95mm) and thus offers a 120% larger cooling surface and 142% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition Core granted the adjacent components, for example watercooler, sufficient airflow and is also very light. The endtanks of the intercooler are made ??of cast aluminum and have been optimized under flow analyzes in the CAD system.
