Billet Engine Oil Dipstick for B9 S4/S5 - Black Anodized

ECS Billet Aluminum Engine Oil Dipsticks are a durable and beautiful upgrade that look as good as they perform!

Engineered in-house and manufactured in the U.S.A., you can expect nothing short of the very best quality in terms of fitment, precision and longevity. Designed to match the OEM dipstick tool length and indicator reading, simply check your oil level as you would on an original dipstick, but with billet confidence!  To install, simply remove the black plug in your existing dipstick tube and insert the dipstick like normal. 

The ECS dipstick handle is made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for durable, and dependable operation and is O-ringed with a pre-installed Viton O-ring for maximum sealing capacity and oil / fuel resistance. Every ECS dipstick handle is available in 2 color choices, Black Anodized or Polished finish. 

A billet machined, stainless steel oil level indicator makes checking your oil level as simple as your OEM dipstick. We designed our oil level indicator to match the factory oil level marks for simplicity and easy recognition of high and low fill marks. By machining our indicator as a "window" we found we were able to check the oil level with more precision as compared to other designs, as the oil level would typically be wiped away when pulled upwards and out from the dipstick tube. 

Joining the oil level indicator to the dipstick handle is accomplished by a precisely measured, stainless steel wire rope that is crimped on either side to solidly lock the components in to place. To take this a step further, all dipsticks are pull-tested to ensure a rigid, crimped connection. Stainless steel shank balls are pre-crimped to the wire rope and help guide the dipstick within the dipstick tube and more closely mirror the OEM design function.
