H&R Sport Springs (part #: 28616-2) lower the BMW M4 and M4 Competition approximately 1.2” in the front and rear, and work with factory Adaptive M Suspension, improving handling for a more precise driving experience, plus they create that cool H&R stance.

Sport springs feature a spring rate that is firmer than that of the OE Sport spring but is still comfortable enough for daily use. Sport springs are an excellent choice for street and occasional track use.
