Fuel Injectors squirt a finely atomized, pressurized spray of fuel into the intake manifold or cylinder. Injectors are precision metering valves that commonly accumulate dirt and carbon deposits over time that affect both their spray pattern and fuel delivery rate.
Failed or dirty injectors can cause many problems, including misfiring, engine fuel trim codes, hard starting, stalling, and hesitation.
