Intercooler Upgrade Kit

The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler has got a new performance core with the external core dimensions 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm. This intercooler core was directly developed for the high requirements of the RS4/RS5 engine and offers a 185% increased external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and at the same time the best possible internal airflow. The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure.

The Wagner Tuning intercooler is equipped with a heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform.

Radiator Upgrade Kit

The newly developed competition racing core of the Wagner Tuning high-performance heat exchanger increases the radiator volume of the OEM heat exchangers by a total of 55%. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and allows at the same time enough air flow for the surrounding components for its own heat exchange. The heat exchanger is equipped with a heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform.
