Ferodo Brake Pads in Canada

Ferodo is one of the oldest names in braking — and the one serious track-day drivers in the VW/Audi and Porsche worlds reach for when the factory pads give up. The reputation rests on the DS range: DS2500, the hybrid compound that defined the "drive to the track, lap all day, drive home" category — real cold bite and street manners with the heat capacity to survive repeated sessions — and the dedicated Ferodo Racing compounds above it (DS Uno, DS1.11, DS3000 family) for cars that live on track and trailer. Ferodo pads are the quiet paddock default: no marketing theatre, just a compound ladder that lets you match the pad to the car, the tire and the driver honestly.

Our Ferodo range at WCT Performance covers 112 products — the applications that matter in our core platforms: Golf GTI and Golf R, Audi S and RS cars, BMW M and M Performance brakes, Porsche street and GT cars. Pad choice is the most consequential cheap decision in a track build, and the most commonly got wrong in both directions — a full-race compound on a street car squeals, eats rotors cold and never gets into its window; a street pad on a tracked car fades by the third session. Tell us the car, the tire and the tracks you run, and we'll put you on the right rung of the ladder — including the honest answer when a rotor and fluid change matters more than the pad.

Buying Ferodo in Canada.

WCT Performance is an authorized Ferodo dealer in Canada; most lines are stocked at our Markham store, with some ordered in. Brake pads are consumables with a season attached: you want them this month, not after a cross-border delay. WCT prices in CAD, ships from within Canada, and most orders over $399 ship free. We're rated 4.9 stars from 427 Google reviews. Pads, rotors and fluid are a system — if you're ordering for a track season, ask us to sanity-check the whole braking package at 905-604-7077 before you check out.

Ferodo in Toronto & the GTA.

Our home track is Canadian Tire Motorsport Park — one of the fastest, hardest-on-brakes circuits in the country — and the Raser Motorsports days we run there are where GTA drivers learn the difference between a street pad and DS2500 in about four corners of Turn 2. Toronto-area track drivers are this brand's core Canadian audience, and this page exists so they can find the pads in CAD, from a store that runs the same track.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is DS2500 really a street pad and a track pad?

A: It's the genuine hybrid: engineered to work from cold on the street and hold up through track sessions. Heavier, faster cars on sticky tires will eventually out-grow it — that's what the Racing compounds above it are for — but for most dual-purpose cars it's the correct answer.

Q: Ferodo or EBC for my car?

A: Both are in our catalog and they suit different briefs: Ferodo's DS ladder is the track-leaning choice, EBC's range is broader for street and mixed use across more fitments. Tell us the car and the use and we'll recommend without a house bias.

Q: Do I need new rotors with new pads?

A: Not always — but compound changes bed best on a fresh or properly prepared surface, and switching compound families on old rotors is where most "the pads are bad" stories start. Send us photos/specs and we'll advise.

Q: How much is shipping on brake pads?

A: Most orders over $399 ship free within Canada; smaller orders ship at standard rates, all in CAD with no brokerage.
