Powerflex Polyurethane Bushings in Canada

Powerflex is the British polyurethane bushing specialist: the purple (and black, for track) bushes that replace the soft, tear-prone rubber in suspension arms, subframes, engine mounts and differentials across the VW, Audi, BMW and Porsche ranges. Rubber is a consumable the factory tuned for silence; polyurethane is the fit-once material that keeps alignment where you set it, removes the slop from steering and shifts, and outlasts the car — Powerflex warrants its road bushes for life.

Our Powerflex range is one of the widest in this wave — 101 products — and 24 months of sales (95 orders) spread the way bushing sales always do: rear trailing-arm bushes for the 8V Audi/MQB cars lead, the Porsche Macan jack pad adapter is the sleeper hit (12 sold — every Macan owner eventually wants one), front strut top-mount bushes follow, and the VW/Audi jack pad kits sell steadily. It's refresh-and-upgrade buying: cars on lifts for other work getting their tired rubber replaced with something permanent.

Buying Powerflex in Canada.

Powerflex is a UK brand sold through US channels in dollars; individually the parts are small, so landed cost per bush gets silly fast when you import a handful yourself. WCT carries the range priced in Canadian dollars, shipped from within Canada, with free shipping on most orders over $399 — and bushes are the classic while-you're-in-there add-on to a suspension order. Shore hardness matters (Road series versus Black Series track), and so does the exact arm generation — confirm both with us at 905-604-7077 or sales@wctperformance.ca. GTA pickup at Unit 5, 151 Amber St, Markham; delivery typically 1 business day in the GTA, 2–3 to Alberta, 3–4 to BC. Rated 4.9 stars from 427 Google reviews.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Road (purple) or Black Series?

A: Purple Road bushes are the street answer — sharper than rubber, still civilized. Black Series is 95A track material: maximum control, more noise and vibration transmitted. Most dual-duty cars belong on purple; we'll say so if your use says otherwise.

Q: Will polyurethane squeak?

A: Powerflex bushes are knurled and designed to be greased on install; fitted correctly with the supplied lubricant, they're quiet. Dry installs are where squeaks come from — whoever fits them should know the drill.

Q: Should I do the whole car at once?

A: Bushes are best done by axle or by job, while the car is apart for arms, suspension or alignment anyway. Tell us what's already coming apart and we'll spec the set that makes sense.
